# BeeperBee support

For help with the BeeperBee mobile app or a hosted BeeperBee account, email [hello@beeperbee.com](mailto:hello@beeperbee.com). Include the email address on the account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Hosted users can permanently delete their account and associated personal Space data from the Account screen in the BeeperBee app.
